Delia Fleishhacker Ehrlich
Ms. Ehrlich is a third generation San Franciscan whose family has always been involved in the community. She has served as a Trustee of the Fleishhacker Foundation for over forty years. As Director of Community Relations for Macy*s West. Ms. Ehrlich produced Benefit Shopping Days in communities in 7 states as well as helping to establish and expand the annual Passport AIDS fundraiser in
San Francisco and Los Angeles.  Ms. Ehrlich is the Principal of DFE & Associates.

Dr. Peggy M. Jackson
Dr. Jackson is a author, lecturer and consultant whose specialty is risk management, business continuity planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for nonprofit organizations. She has co-authored six books on risk management in nonprofit organizations including Sarbanes-Oxley and Nonprofits: A Guide to Building Competitive Advantage with Toni Fogarty, Ph.D. that is due to be published by John Wiley & Sons in 2005. She is currently a Principal with Adjunct LLC in San Francisco.
