THE NEW PARADIGM FOR PHILANTHROPIC NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT

A seminar from

Adjunct LLC and DFE & Associates

Today's highly competitive environment and new legislative accountability initiatives establish a more rigorous atmosphere in which nonprofits are expected to demonstrate excellence, competence and results.  Non-Profits need to develop innovative models regarding their methods of doing business in order to qualify for consideration for funding. Best Business Practices is the key to proper operation and successful fund-raising. This structure must be developed in order to withstand scrutiny by potential funders. Being able to demonstrate the details of how the Non-Profit is organized and managed will reinforce its image of accountability as  well as the value of the program to the community.
